Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme in Andhra Pradesh -2018

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with an innovative Scheme of  "Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme" Which will be benefit  around 12lakh Unemployed youth based on the Eligibility Criteria in Andhra Pradesh.  Youths will get this monthly allowance  to pursue Skill Development Courses and reduce the burden  on the family of Unemployed Youth.

Eligibility Criteria - Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme

  • Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Minimum educational qualification should be Graduation or any Diploma of two years and above duration.
  • Should be in the age group of 22-35 years.
  • Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
  • Should belong to a family below poverty line. All the eligible beneficiaries from the family shall be considered.
  • Movable / Immovable properties: Having 4 wheelers are ineligible. Having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5.00 acres maximum are eligible. In respect of Anantapuramu district the limit is maximum wet land will be 5.00 acres and dry land will be 10.00 acres.
  • Those who have availed financial assistance / loan under any state government sponsored self-employment scheme of above Rs. 50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.
  • Those who are working pursing formal education are not eligible.
  • Those who are working in public / private sector / quasi-government or those self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
  • Applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Central / State government service. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Procedure for applying  Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme

  • Applicants will be logon to http://yuvanestham.ap.gov.in
  • Than You'll see  "Apply Now" Button on  home Page, it's will be redirected to another New webpage
  • Enter your 12 digits Aadhaar Number in the mentioned option 
  • After Entering Aadhar Number, Put Check mark in the Declaration than Click on " Send Otp" Button,
  • Now you'll Received OTP ( One Time Password ) on your resisted Mobile Number,
  • After Submitting One time Password , System will be retrieve the Your information, providing information about your eligibility.
  • After Completing Adhaar Authentication, You'll Enter your Mobile Number, Email id in the mentioned Option, than Click on "Proceed" Button
  • Now Enter Your Education Details and Upload your already Scanned Education Certificate in the "upload file "option than click on "Submit" button.
  • After Completing all necessary Step Click on "final Submission" Button
  • You'll be received "Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham Scheme" Conformation Massage and you'll be get Reference Number, Note that Reference Number for Future Reference.

APSKWDCL - Swayam Upadhi Padhakam ( Scheme ) Details

Andhra Pradesh State Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation Limited (APSKWDCL), a Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking, is introducing the “Economic Assistance Program- Chandranna Swayam Upadhi” for the economically weak Kapu entrepreneurs in Andhra Pradesh. Under this program, a financial assistance up to Rs 100,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) shall be granted to the selected applicants through the prescribed process. This assistance will be for acquisition of assets by beneficiaries for setting up new businesses or expanding/diversifying existing businesses.


This program is applicable for members from economically weak families of Kapu Community of Andhra Pradesh – 1. Who will setup an Enterprise in Andhra Pradesh, or, 2. Who wishes to expand/diversify their existing an Enterprise in Andhra Pradesh. • The program will subsidize an acquisition of asset by 50% of its cost, up to a maximum of Rs 100,000 (Rupees One Lakh only), and the rest amount of the cost being loaned by the applicant from the bank

Eligibility criteria : 

  • The applicant should belong to Kapu community i.e. the Kapu, Balija, Telaga and Ontari sub-castes.
  • The applicant must be residing in Andhra Pradesh. 
  • The applicant should belong to a family holding White Ration Card. 
  • The applicant should be owning or planning to setup an enterprise in Andhra Pradesh.
  • The applicant should be between the ages of 21 to 50 years of age while applying to the scheme. 
  • A shelf of project/activities for which assets can be acquired though this scheme is proposed by the corporation, though the applicant can propose any viable activity and it can be considered by the corporation on merits. 
  • The applicant should not have availed himself/herself of any amount under any other Government scheme/program for the same purpose. 
  • The beneficiaries who have received financial assistance previously from Kapu Corporation in the last financial year are not eligible. 

Procedure for apply APSKWDCL - Swayam Upadhi Padhakam 

  • The program will commence from June 2016
  • Eligible candidates should fill their application online at APSKWDCL website in the prescribed format. 
  • Applicant should upload the scanned copies (in PDF format of min 50 KB and max 150 KB size each) of the self attested copy of the following documents:
  • White Ration Card of the applicant’s family. 
  • Aadhaar Cards of the applicant.
  • Caste certificate issued by competent authority.
  • Date of birth proof.
  • Passport size photograph (in JPEG format up to 50 KB size).

MAEF - Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship Scheme for Minorities Girls

The Scheme of  "Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship" for Girl Students belonging to the Minority Communities was earlier known as "Maulana Azad National Scholarship" and the same was launched by the then Prime Minister of India Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee at National Conference of Educational & Economic Development of Minorities held on 03.05.2003 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.The main purpose of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to meritorious girl students belonging to national minorities, who cannot continue their education due to lack of financial support.The scheme will be announced by the Maulana Azad Education Foundation (MAEF) well in time on its website i.e. www.maef.nic.in as well as through advertisements in the leading language newspapers and local dailies and by using other suitable publicity media.

Objective : To recognize, promote and assist meritorious Girl students belonging to National Minorities who can not continue their education without financial support.

Purpose of Scholarship : Scholarship will be admissible for expenditure on payment of School/College Fee, purchase of syllabus books, purchase of stationery/equipment required for the course and payment of Boarding/Lodging charges.

Eligibility criteria :

Only girl students belonging to six notified Minority Communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis are eligible.

Scholarship will be awarded to minorities girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured at-least 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in previous class.

Annual income of students parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh.

Students have to submit the Income certificate of parents/guardian that should be issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Government/UTs Administration.

Actual amount of scholarship will be provided for admission & course /tuition fee and maintenance allowance as given below subject to a maximum ceiling indicated against item concerned :

1. Admission & tuition fee for classes IX and X : Actual subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) which will be released in two installments of Rs. 5000/- each

2. Admission & tuition fee for class XI and XII : Actual subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs.12000/- (Rupees twelve thousand only) which will be released in two installments of Rs. 6000/- each

Procedure for applying MAEF Scholarships online 

The scheme is implemented through Scholarship Portal of Maulana Azad Education Foundation (MAEF). It is mandatory for all students to apply online on the Portal i.e. www.maef.nic.in, fill the form and take print out of the same and send to MAEF office, with all the essential documents within stipulated time period.

The selection procedure will be based on the criteria of parent's/guardian's annual income. The selection of the eligible students will be primarily done on the basis of the lower income criteria among the students who have secured at least 50% marks in the previous exam, however there is fixed no. of scholarship quota for each State/UTs based upon the population of the minorities in the concentrated area.

Income Certificate of parents/guardian to be issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Govt./UTs Administration. Income certificate in English/Hindi/Regional language. In case the Certificate is in Regional language, then it should be accompanied by self certified Hindi/English Version.

Students are advised to submit only “One Application Form”. In case if students submit more than one application form then all the applications submitted by students will be considered as “Duplicate” and will be “Rejected”.

Amount of scholarship will be credited directly into the Beneficiary bank account through DBT mode.

No scholarship shall be given for studies abroad for any course.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University has Released Notification for Admissions in to  B.A./B.Com/B.Sc Programmes. The University has decided to conduct the Eligibility Test -2018 for the Second Phase  in this academic year at the Regional Coordination Centers and limited Dr.BRAOU Study Centers only. interested and Eligible candidates can take admission at any study centre of his / her choice. Candidates Can Register through online on or before the last date 16th July 2017. 

Eligibility Criteria : Candidates who do not possess Intermediate (or) its Equivalent Qualification are eligible to appear for the Eligibility Test for seeking admission into I year of the B.A./B.Com/B.Sc (3 Year Degree Programmes) for the Academic Year 2018-19.

Age limit : Candidates Who have completed 18 years of age by 1st July 2018. They can eligible to appear for the Eligibility Test.

3. Access website i.e., www.braouonline.in Pay Rs.300/- (Rs.Three Hundred only) by Debit/Credit card through university website OR for Rs.310/- (Three hundred and ten only) at any TS/A.P Online Franchise Centre towards Registration Fee and obtain Challan.
4. Collect a print out of the Registration Form and keep it for your reference.
