Select SRO ( Sub Register Office ) click on submit. it will than go to new page with the list of items that matched the search displayed.

 6. Click on the Check box of the list of Encumbrance certificates that are needed and click on Submit. This will open a new pop up window with the Encumbrance certificate. you can then print this certificate.

DDO Request 

This department has started implementation of electronic payments in all District Treasuries during the month of March -2014 as per the Government Memo No.138/36/TFR/201 Dt.19-02-2014 of Finance(TFR) Department. Mainly, three stake holders are involved in the electronic payment scenario, namely, Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) of all Govt Depts, Treasury department and banking authorities.

The DDOs are prominently responsible for data entry issue in payment procedures in view of electronic payments. Therefore, the department has implemented the system for most of the payments in District Treasury within a span of 2 months.For this purpose they created a new website for Drawing and Disbursing Officers to submit their bills after preparing and taking prints of the monthly bills.

Go to the http://treasury.ap.gov.in/ddoreq website , after entering into the website Employee need to enter their DDO code and password and then click on "Submit" button. and than enter your DDO claims and DDO Request in this website. Employees need to get their DDO code from Drawing and Disbursing officers and enter default password is '123456" after successfully login change your password for your won. and than enter your DDO Request.

The Government today started registration for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana (PMKMY), a pension scheme for farmers through Common Services Centers (CSCs). A monthly pension of Rs 3,000 will be provided to eligible farmers on attaining the age of 60.


Farmers holding not more than 2 hectare (5 Acres) farm land.
Age group of 18 to 40 years.
Monthly contribution of Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 depending on the age of entry. Central government will also make an equal contribution.
Farmers availing PM Kisan Fund only have to give consent for deduction of monthly contribution from PM Kisan Fund. They need not pay any amount.
Those farmers who are not covered under PM Kisan have to make payment of initial contribution in cash to CSC and consent for monthly deduction through auto debit from the farmer’s bank account.
Farmers can register without Aadhaar in Assam, Meghalaya and J&K. However, Aadhaar will be provided after enrolment.
Other Features are similar to PMSYM.

Not Eligible:
Farmers having more than 2 hectare of land.
Income Tax Payee.
Government Servant including retired, other than Class IV.
MP / MLA / Minister or public representatives holding other post excluding Gram Pradhan.
