NEET Notification -2018 Online Application Form - Schedule Details

NEET Notification -2018  has been released on CBSE ( Central Board of Secondary Education ) official website https://cbseneet.nic.in. Candidates who waiting for  National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) 2018, must have a valid Aadhaar number since Aadhaar number is mandatory for  online registration. NEET -2018  to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on May 6, 2018 (Sunday) , for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.

  • Online Application Starting Date - 08.02.2018
  • Online Application Ending Date  - 09.03.2018
  • Online Payment Starting Date - 08.02.2018 
  • Online Payment Ending Date - 10.03.2018
  • Date of uploading of Admit Cards on website - 2nd week of April, 2018 
  • Date of Examination, NEET(UG), 2018 - 06.05.2018 (Sunday)

Candidates can apply online mode only . Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website , You can also visit directly following link https://cbseneet.nic.in/cbseneet/Registration/Newreg.aspx 

Eligibility criteria : 

Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Oversees Citizen of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in NEET (UG)-2018 & also eligible for 15% All India Quota seats.

Age limits 

The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December, 2018 i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course.

The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission in MBBS/BDS seats shall be 25 years as on the date of examination with a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category and persons entitled for reservation under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

The Age criteria for appearing in NEET (UG), 2018 is as follows:

For Candidates of Unreserved Category (UR) - born on or between 07.05.1993 and 01.01.2002.
For Candidates of SC/ST/OBC Category -  born on or between 07.05.1988 and 01.01.2002

Fees details :
FOR GENERAL/OBC - Rs.1400/- (INR)

How to apply NEET -2018 ?
Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.cbseneet.nic.in Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website.

  • Uploading of Photograph and Signature
  • The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 100Kb.
  • The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb
  • Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner: 
  • a. Through any Debit/Credit Card 
  • b. Net Banking/UPI or 
  • c. e-wallets of different service provider

  • Candidate is required to mention only his/her own or parent's mobile number .as all information/communication will be sent by CBSE on registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

  • Candidate is allowed to submit only one Application Form. Multiple Applications of a candidate are liable to be rejected.


Common Services Center / facilitation centers 

NEET -2018 online Application Filling Facility available on CSC - Digital Seva portal . Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the examination authority has designated Common Services Centres (CSC) to support candidates in registering for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 application form.Candidates can now fill NEET Application Form 2018 through Common Service Centres located across the country.
